About this event

***NH Residents Only***

We know that during this tough time it can be more stressful than ever to plan and put meals on the table. We want to help!

Join the Cooking Matters NH team and Waypoint for our online nutrition education workshops. Each week we will discuss ways to encourage yourself and your family to eat healthy on a budget, as well as share recipe demo video for even more healthy eating inspiration!

In "Drink to Your Health," we will discuss how to offer more water to your families and limit beverages with added sugar. We will also look at ways to identify sugar on nutrition facts labels and how to make healthier beverage choices.

All sessions are FREE - join us on any device with an internet connection
