Event description

Description

D.R.I. (abbreviation for Dirty Rotten Imbeciles) is an American crossover thrash band that formed in Houston, TX in 1982. As of 2015, the band comprises two of its founding members, vocalist Kurt Brecht and guitarist Spike Cassidy, as well as drummer Walter "Monsta" Ryan and bassist Harald Oimoen. Dirty Rotten Imbeciles integration of their hardcore punk roots with thrash metal influences was a stylistic catalyst for their contemporaries alongside whom they are considered to be one of the major pioneers of what would later be called "crossover thrash"

Kaustik is a heavy metal band from Southern California generating exceedingly heavy, hook filled music influenced by numerous genres including: classical music, classic rock, jazz, punk, almost every metal sub-genre old to new, and even rap. This amalgamation of diverse ideas gives them a fresh, unique sound to be enjoyed by music fans from all walks of life.

From Orlando, comes Swift Knuckle Solution, a no frills, kick in the pants band. Theirs is a simple formula; a thunderous bass, serrated guitars tones and incessant rhythm, dressed with vitriolic vocal delivery. With a deep understanding of melody, and the entire Motorhead catalog, SKS come out of the gate cracking heads.

Hailing from sunny Orlando, DISFUNCTION is a horror-punk and necro-viral thrash four-piece that has recently opened for DRI, Doyle, The Misfits, BlitzKid, and Darrow Chemical Company. They have been haunting the regional hardcore punk circuit with their energetic and interactive live shows for the past few years, and they release their own albums on their NECRO 21 label.
