Always dreamed to make your own hummus???

This hummus workshop is for you!

It is vegan! It is healthy! And we all love hummus!!!

We will learn how to make hummus from scratch, all the processes, the ingredients, and what is the right way to get the perfect hummus.

I will take you on 3 hours journey through the processes of making this famous dish, from how to soak the chickpeas, how much tahini to put, and how to serve it.

In the workshop we will learn how to make some more common dishes from the hummus world :

1. Msabbaha- the sisters dishe from the same chickpeas that can give your meal a nice twist.

2. Zhug - the green spicy sauce that give the kick to the hummus dish

3. Tatbila- lemon garlic sauce originally served next to hummus dish in the middle East

And some more surprises.....

At the end of the workshop, we will have an oriental hummus dinner table, and we will serve many salads and side dishes that fit the hummus you have just made by yourself.

Each one of you will get The Dr.Hummus recipe book for a hummus table with all the salads and the side dish, including instructions and a picture

and, of course, don't forget to take the hummus you made to show your friends and family.
