Description

This series of dressmaking workshops are aimed at beginners wanting to learn all the basic skills to make clothes or at those who have some sewing experience but need help with some basic techniques. Either book the one that appeals to you or receive a 20% discount to book the block of four (through listing for workshop 1)

Our tutor, Tracey Holland is an experienced tutor with over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry teaching pattern cutting, garment manufacture and bespoke fitting.

Workshop 1 will teach you how to read and understand a pattern but also, how to adapt it to fit you. You will also learn basic cutting and preparation techniques, including the best method of overlocking raw fabric edges.
