Not at all. This isn’t about decoding sleep dreams — it’s about dreaming as a creative, ancestral, and imaginative practice. We’ll work with whatever shows up.

Resistance here means refusing to shrink. It’s about reclaiming your imagination, your joy, and your softness in a world that tries to harden and silence you.

3. Is this workshop for people of color only?

4. What will we be doing?
Each session includes guided meditation, writing/journaling, light movement, reflection, and optional sharing. You’ll leave with practices for integrating dreaming into daily life and resistance work.

5. Do I need experience with meditation, ritual, or creative writing?

Nope! You only need a willingness to explore. This space is for beginners, deep feelers, and experienced dreamers alike.

6. What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

A journal or paper, something to write with, water or tea, and a quiet(ish) place to sit or lie down. Optional: candles, blankets, comfort objects, or anything you’d use to create a cozy dreamspace.
