Event description
Join us for a real-world romp through stories found within discarded cell phones that were purchased online.

About this Event

Our cellphones can tell a lot about us–and they never forget. The data we generate, from texts to pictures to web searches, create a detailed picture of who we are, long after we upgrade devices. Our e-waste is a treasure trove of intimate stories accessible to those that try to access them.

But fear not! Melody Haase is a professional creeper who specializes in internet-based investigative and intelligence research and analysis. Using her skills for good, Melody provides educational support for investigators and clients on topics related to international terrorism, intellectual property theft, and financial & securities schemes and crimes.

Join us for a real-world romp through stories found within discarded cell phones that were purchased online.
