After we melt away the layers that may have been blocking your joy, we will celebrate life with one of our favorite forms of self love and stress relief ~ a dance party! Join us next for a brilliant online dancing experience.

A WORTHY BEYOND PURPOSE FUNDRAISER . WBP brings mindfulness & meditation practices to children around the world. Our fall curriculum will be held on Zoom where we will integrate mindfulness and meditation into creative expression classes. As school will be out for the next few months, our platform will invite kids to come together and explore their talents with art, music, dance, and more. The underlying focus for all of the fun and learning will be how to bring mindfulness into everyday activities

We suggest that you have water, eye masks, pillows and blanket. Let's get COZY! It is not unusual for your body temperature to drop when in Nidra and Soundbath. Make sure you're warm, and an eye mask can help you to dive more deeply into the experience.
