In this program you will learn the science behind lucid dreaming, the stages of sleep and how to use them, and how to engage “primetime dreamtime.” Every trick and tip will be discussed, from natural agents that heighten dreams, to electronic gadgets that wake you up to your dreams, to the latest apps that help you record them and also monitor your sleep patterns. Eastern and Western techniques for increasing dream recall, for developing dream incubation, and for triggering lucid dreams will be explored. You will learn the daytime and nighttime methods that show you how to use the night to transform your life.
The nocturnal meditations discussed in this program begin with lucid dreaming, progress into dream yoga, which develops in sleep yoga (waking up in deep dreamless sleep), which can evolve into bardo yoga (using the night to prepare for death).

Andrew Holecek is an author, spiritual teacher, and humanitarian. As a long-time student of Buddhism, he frequently presents this tradition from a contemporary perspective — blending the ancient wisdom of the East with modern knowledge from the West. With decades of study under the guidance of Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, Thrangu Rinpoche, and The Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche, Andrew is trained in all three vehicles (yanas) of Buddhism. His principal teacher was Trungpa Rinpoche, and he currently studies with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
