Dream Big Dance is a collaborative effort that brings together a community to provide a dance with a prom-like atmosphere for individuals with disabilities 16 and older. Many people with disabilities did not get to experience their homecoming dances or proms, and the Dream Big Dance is their opportunity to experience the dance of a lifetime. The dance is also an excellent way to get connected with people in your communities because we invite people from across community to be at the dance.

The theme for this year’s dance is “Once Upon a Time”, which will have a host of Disney characters – both princes and princesses will be present throughout the evening. A live band will be playing wonderful music and Huey Luey's Mexican Kitchen is providing the food for the evening.

There will be a separate room for families and caregivers who wish to be present, but prefer a quieter, more tranquil atmosphere and/or who do not desire to participate in the dance portion.
