Attendees will learn the critical steps to create a flexible crisis template—as well as practical tips
on how to use a crisis template when the stuff actually hits the fan.
This workshop breaks down crisis planning and response into discrete actionable steps to help
you perform at the level you need to lead your team.
You will learn:

 How to prioritize the kinds of crisis that could hit your organization
 How to identify the most common types of crisis most organizations never plan for
 How to coordinate different kinds of workers on different schedules—that can be
sustained over long periods

At the end of the session, attendees will know:
 How to plan for the crises that will do you the most damage
 How to react quickly when crisis hits, using pre-prepared forms and checklists
 How to create effective, sustainable schedules for a wide variety of people

remember
