On Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) will hold an moderated telephonic public hearing to receive comments from the public on revised draft amendments to its regulations and comprehensive plan to better provide for the planning, conservation, utilization, development, management and control of the basin’s water resources in connection with the hydraulic fracturing of shale and other hydrocarbon bearing formations to produce oil and gas.

Those who wish to listen to the hearing may do so by dialing 1-866-831-8713, and tell the operator that you wish to listen to the DRBC conference call. No registration is required to listen to the call. Registration is only for those wishing to address the commission on this call.

All who wish to speak to the commission during this hearing must register here. Registration is not transferable, and is not available to those who have spoken at one of the previous five public hearings. On March 6, 2018, speakers will call in to the 1-866-831-8713, give the operator your name, saying that you are on the list to speak. Once you are confirmed to be on the list, you will be placed into a queue.

NOTE: Elected government officials and/or their staff members intending to represent an elected government official on their behalf should identify themselves during this registration process.
