Photographs have served as inspiration for artists since the early 19th century. Learn to interpret the photograph in your own way with new painting techniques, both traditional and experimental. Create an impressionist landscape or a realistic portrait. This class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced painters. All materials provided, just bring your own photo!
Margaret Fanning is an award-winning artist who has exhibited internationally. She is a realistic painter, working in oil, watercolor, ink, and mixed media. She received the NJ Chapter of the American Artists League Traditional Realism Award, and won the Alexander Portfolio Award from Savannah College of Art and Design. She currently lives and works in New Jersey.
