Event description
There is nothing more transformational out there than the power to support, love and encourage a break through in the middle of a breakdown

About this Event

This body of work is unlike anything out there; rooted in the principles of trauma-informed bodywork, CBT and Embodied Learned Intimacy (what's that? Come find out.)

AT THIS WORKSHOP YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO...

Have the connection desire in love, even if drama feels more normal

Find emotional balance, without feeling reactive

Feel understood and accepted, even when you have constantly been feeling unmet

Break the patterns of pain that keep you stuck in the face of conflict

Experience empathy for your partner, without feeling afraid of their emotions

Build deeper pathways to intimacy, using struggle as a vehicle for expansion

Achieve deeper connection, in the middle of fight, flight or freeze responses

Learn to authentically express rather than storing resentment

Integrate moving towards your triggers instead of running away from them

This is quite possibly the most powerful relating workshop out there and within this container you will master the shadows that appear in relationships, understand that they are gifts and connect in new and exciting ways with a lover or partner.

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU IF...

You find yourself in loops of conflict in relationships

You want to Transform painful patterns in relationships

You feel disconnected in your dating life or relationship

You feel you are being misunderstood and want to be better at
