Join Pat Otto and Denise Kilkenny-Tittlefor a training on the Drain Rangers! Curriculum: Engineering Solutions at the David F. Allmendinger Conference Center - WSU Extension in Puyallup.
This curriculum integrates English Language Arts for students to learn about stormwater runoff issues and solutions in the Puget Sound Region. This curriculum focuses on engineering design from the Next Generation Science Standards having students go from defining the problems to designing solutions in their community. This training is at WSU Extension Puyallup, the site of on-going stormwater runoff research. Participants will have a chance to see where “testing the solutions” is happening!
