Drag Dinner: The Great Pigsby

*This year's Drag Dinner will be held in the Black Pig Restaurant! Please use The Berkshire Entrance (South/East Corner of Building) upon arrival for Check in and Coat Racks, you will then be directed into the restaurant.

*Must be 21+ Years of Age

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• Doors & Bar Open: 4:00pm
• Dinner Served: 5:00pm | Please arrive promptly by 4:55pm. We will not delay dinner service for late arrivals.
• Show Starts: ~5:25pm
• Bar Close: 8:00pm

MENU & BEVERAGES:

• 1st Course | Baby Spinach & Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad | Pickled Carrots & Parsnips, French Green Lentils, Apple Cider Maple Vinaigrette [GF]

• 2nd Course | Braised Beef Short Rib | Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato, Fresh Asparagus, Baby Carrots, Red Wine Rosemary Demi Glaze [GF] OR Vegetarian Option: Moroccan Eggplant Roulade | Stuffed with Moroccan Spiced Eggplant, Zucchini, Onion, Red Pepper, Tomato, Farro, Saffron, Cauliflower Puree, Tzatziki & Feta Cheese.

• 3rd Course| Chocolate Flourless Trifle | Salted Caramel, Raspberry Coulis, Whipped Cream, Fresh Berries, Toasted Hazelnuts [GF]

• Please notify Black Pig ahead of time for any dietary restrictions or allergy concerns. We will not guarantee to accommodate any dietary restrictions if not informed at least 1 week prior to the event.

• Servers will be available for Drink Service at your seat/table.

• Standard Bar available, along with a limited specialty Cocktail Menu

PARKING:

• Available in the City lot behind our Building. Or on all street meters. Parking Lot and Street Parking is FREE on Weekends. 

• The Berkshire entrance is closest to the parking lot on the South/East Corner of our building, in the alley. 

TIPPING/CHANGE:

• As in the past, we will have a Change station available to make smaller bills/singles. We do encourage you to bring small bills ahead of time for tipping the performers.
• Black Pig does NOT have an ATM on site.
