Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Interfaith Remembrance Program
The Baltimore Federal Executive Board presents the 4th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Interfaith, Diversity and Inclusion Remembrance Program & Brunch.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Martin's West at 6817 Dogwood Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21244. Doors will open at 9:30am. The cost is $55, and will include a plenary session, a question and answer panel, brunch, refreshment breaks, and access to exhibitors. The event features speakers from multiple community leaders speaking on Dr. King's "The Beloved Community" concept.
This event is related to Executive Order 13583 signed by President Barack H. Obama entitled: Establishing a Coordinated Government-Wide Initiative To Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workface. This law mandates that federal agencies provide diversity and inclusion training programs and events.
