Event description

Description

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy and work continues to have a profound impact – both at Cal Poly and throughout the world – in its ability to inspire social change. His philosophy of non-violent actions remains a powerful and successful alternative against violence and structural injustice.

Cal Poly’s second annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dinner honors this tenet and intentionally brings together the Cal Poly campus and San Luis Obispo community for the purpose of influencing systemic and structural change.
