Description

Get inspired. Get empowered.

Dr. Marc Lamont Hill is a nationally renowned thought-leader, activist, and expert on combating systemic injustice and creating opportunities for challenged communities. He is also the author of the New York Times best-seller Nobody: Casualties of America’s War on The Vulnerable from Ferguson to Flint and Beyond. As the headline event for our second annual Open Buffalo Justice & Opportunity Series, we are bringing Dr. Hill to Buffalo for an inspirational and empowering community conversation!

Determine your own tomorrow.

At this event, we will also celeberate the top finishers in our "Youth Community Builder" Contest, in which local high school students designed community-improvement projects and competed for funds to implement their plans!

Please join us at 6:00pm on Thursday, October 26, at the Bennett H.S. Campus Auditorium (2885 Main St., Buffalo NY 14214).

This event is FREE & open to the public.
