Parking: Complimentary valet parking available off Linden Street.
Light refreshments will be provided.

Important Event Details

Check-In & Blood Draws
• Please plan to arrive between 5:45 PM and 6:15 PM to allow time for check-in and paperwork.
• Blood draws will take place from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To ensure our nurses have time to process all samples, no blood draws can be accommodated after 7:00 PM.
• Guests arriving after 7:00 PM will be invited to attend our next AMH Testing Event.

Event Schedule

5:45 – 6:15 PM: Check-in and paperwork
6:00 – 6:45 PM: Blood draws (first come, first served)
6:15 – 6:45 PM: Presentation with Dr. VanHise
6:45 – 7:15 PM: Q&A session
7:15 – 7:30 PM: Event conclusion

Results

You’ll receive your AMH test results via phone or email within 1–2 weeks of the event.
