Description
Dr. Jules Amer, passed away at home in the company of his beloved wife, Marilyn, and family on Saturday, April 29th - just a week before his 93rd birthday. A pediatrician for generations of children and their patients, Jules often said that his greatest joy was when a young woman brought a new infant to his office and said: “You took such good care of me when I was young, I want you to take care of my child”. He was loved by thousands.
A tribute/reception in Dr. Amer’s honor will be held at Children’s Hospital Colorado on Monday, June 19th from 5:00-7:00 PM. The tribute will begin in the Mt. Oxford, Yale and Princeton conference rooms, followed by a reception in the conference center lobby area. Light refreshments will be served.
