About Dr. Glen Harvey:
Glen Harvey became Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of WestEd in June 1997 and has led its transformation to a mission-driven and quality-focused agency.
Under Harvey's leadership, WestEd emphasizes performing the highest quality work to promote excellence, achieve equity, and improve learning for children, youth, and adults. Harvey ensures that WestEd produces significant and positive impact, especially for those children and their families in greatest need.
During Harvey's tenure as CEO, WestEd has grown from $28.2 million in annual revenues in 1997 to $136 million in 2013. From 10 offices in 1997, the agency now has 16, during which time it has grown to over 600 staff.
