Are you a parent of a 2-6 year old? Is bedtime an overwhelming and stressful experience for you, your partner, and your child(ren)? We can help!

Join yoga instructor, Erin Leach, and gentle sleep counselor, Sheena Hill, in this workshop on using yoga as a powerful tool in your bedtime routine. In this one hour class, learn why children struggle with relaxation, the importance of routine, and specific yoga postures that your child can do (or you can do together) to help them unwind and be better prepared for a restful night's sleep. Participants will walk away from this workshop with tools that they will be able to implement THAT NIGHT to make bedtime a more soothing an peaceful experience for everyone involved. Each family will also receive a gift bag of bedtime goodies!

For parents of children ages 2-6. $30/person. Registration required by Friday August 25.
