Downtown101 walk - Pay what you want.

Event description

It´s a walk with a friend around Vallarta´s historic center. We will show you the oldest part of town, the neighborhood where it all started about 160+ years ago. The center of the political, social, religious and financial activities. We will cover a little bit of the history and the culture of the city.

While walking the cobblestone streets admiring local architecture; we will talk about the beginnings of the tourism era and the transition from little village to one of Mexico´s best beach destinations. We will talk about the growing art scene and the fantastic gastronomic offer. And we'll visit beautiful spots, such as the Central Square, the Church of Guadalupe, Gringo Gulch and the Lighthouse of Matamoros. Plus other hidden gems.

Great local lunch options are available afterwards.

Experience downtown by the hand of a proud local.
