How do I redeem my combo package?
After your purchase of the COMBO LOCO, you will receive an email with details on how to redeem your package. This exclusive package is only available in limited amounts, so we want to ensure that they buyer (you) has a seamless experience. PLEASE READ YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL CLOSELY.
Does My City Crawl provide transportation?
NO, we do not provide transportation to or from the bars. This is a guided walking tour. Please note our routes are comfortable, with a minimum of walking. However, we HIGHLY suggest planning ahead and securing an Uber or Taxi if you plan on indulging in a large quantity of alcohol. We want you to arrive and leave safely!

Where does the bar crawl visit?
We visit the trendiest bars in San Antonio. We promise no tourist traps or chains, just great locally-owned and/or independent bars. Our venues change regularly. After securing your ticket, you will receive an email 24 hours in advance of your crawl indicating which bar to meet at. It will be in the downtown area.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
YES. You must bring a valid ID. All bar crawl guests must be 21 years of age.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
You may not bring weapons, drugs, or alcohol of any kind. Failure to abide by this rule will result in being kicked off the tour without refund.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No. Tickets are all non-transferable.
What is the refund policy?
If you need to cancel for any reason, please email email@example.com with the subject line "CANCEL." Please include your name and date of cancellation. Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled event will recieve a credit toward a future crawl (good for up to 1 year from date of cancellation).
