Everyone is welcome to a fun-filled night that brings together resources and gives back to the Dorchester community. there will be free food, games & activities, gingerbread house-making, Goodie bags, and more!
What are Community Health Hubs?
Community Health Hubs are health and wellness delivery centers in community-run spaces. They bring together health resources such as vaccinations, food, health insurance support, SNAP sign-up support, and alternative medicine in one place. The Community Health Hub at Town Field is Tuesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM at 1565 Dorchester Ave.
