Door County Summer Oneness Weekend

YogaMatt invites you to join him at The Spa at Sacred Grounds located in Ephraim, Door County and offers to you a weekend of pure joy, vitality, and rejuvenation.

Summer Oneness Weekend begins Friday evening with a welcome gathering to kickoff the vibe of the season. Pull up a chair and enjoy a bonfire while tasting local favorite wines and cheeses preparing for the fulfilling weekend ahead!

Saturday we start the day with a mindful yoga practice, explore nature and journey into the woods for forest bathing. Then experience the serene tranquility of the spa with massage, sauna/steam, aromatherapy, and sound meditation to end the day. On breaks between activities enjoy reading or journaling by the fire with a warm cup of tea or take a refreshing stroll around the Sacred Grounds.  

Enjoy Saturday evening to yourself or with your new friends and chose from one of the many fabulous Door County dining establishments.

Sunday morning will begin with an invigorating yoga practice followed by cultivating Oneness through, discussion, meditation, and sunshine. The weekend will conclude with a Summer Solstice ceremony and creation of our intentions for the summer season to come.

This weekend will be a blissful guide through all your wonderful senses.  Nature, Spa, Yoga, Reflection, and Community.  I cannot fully express in words how amazing and awesome this experience will be!  Spots are limited and this event weekend will sell out so do not hesitiate to register sooner than later.

The Church Hill Inn bed and breakfast located in Sister Bay is also partnering with YogaMatt to provide lodging options for our group so do not hesitate to contact them to help you with your accommodations. Breakfast is included at this inn and they have a lovely patio with pool! Before booking ask me about our special group rate!
