Donuts, Doh Nuts, Doughnuts

Just about everyone loves donuts and we'll get instructions on how to make donuts, frostings and fillings. Participants will get hands on in making dough, frying, topping and ultimately eating the creations of this class. Be warned. donuts are not good the second day, so be prepared to get your fill of these delectable sweets.
Raised Glazed Donut - The classic light and fluffy staple.
Buttermilk Bars - With the tangyness of buttermilk, these donuts feature a cracked raised topping and soft center.
Apple Fritters - Loaded with cinnamon and apples, this donut is healthy. Just kidding, its a donut, don't think about it.....just eat.
Beignets - Cafe du Monde features a wonderful beignet with lots of people coughing clouds of powdered sugar. It happens here too.
Doughnut Muffins - Its a simple muffing that taste like a donut. Perfect for those with fryerphobia.
Cost is $75. Lots of coffee included. Class begins at 11am and ends at 2pm.
