Donut Glow Run Details (1 or 3 mile option)

Night glow run! This super fun race involves doing the race at night (6PM) and running to several glow zones during the race to pick up glow items! Plus all runners/walkers receive a donut from Tim Hortons at the Finish Line! Super Fun!

VIP SPECIAL (great for kids): $20 = Glow Run + Santa Claus Visit + Unlimited Bounce Park Pass!

All race entries receive a t-shirt (if ordered by deadline 11/11). Medals for top 3 finishers in the 1 or 3 mile race + entry to the Canal Winchester Winterfest!!

Race Details:

• When: Friday, November 19th, 2021
• Start Times: 6PM 3 Mile Run / 6:05 1 Mile Run / 6:```20 Pet Only wave (1 mile)
• Race Details: Run or walk the 1 or 3 mile Glow Run. There will be several glow stops to pick up glow items during the race! Different item at each station Then receive a donut from Tim Hortons at the finish line - yum!
• Race Limit: Only accepting 250 runners. Hurry, this race will fill up!
• Location: X Church (6600 Bigerton Bend, Canal Winchester, OH 43110)
• Race Distance: 1 or 3 mile run/walk
• Medals: There will be medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place finishers for each race distance by gender!
• Note: Pets allowed! Strollers are fine (note, a small section of the 3 mile run is on grass). We have a pet only wave at 6:20 PM - 1 mile.
• Best Glow Run or Donut Outfit: Prizes will also be awarded to the best dressed donut or glow outfit. Prizes will be awarded either at the start or finish of the run/walk.

Race Fees:

• SUPER SALE (Ends 11/12): Only $15 and NO registration fees!
• Late Entry - T-shirt not guaranteed: $15
• Race Day - T-shirt not guaranteed: $20

Race Day Updates

Race Day Updates on the Donut Glow Run will be either posted on the KidsLinked Facebook page or via email.  Final runner instructions will be sent the week of the race.

Inclement Weather Policy

The Donut Glow Run will start as scheduled at 6PM regardless of rain, snow or cold temperatures.

If there is visible lightning in the area, the race will be delayed for a minimum of 15 minutes. The race would only be further delayed, postponed or cancelled if extreme conditions jeopardize the safety of participants.
