IAMA holds weekly yoga classes in our upstairs museum gallery every Thursday from 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm.

With rotating yoga instructors, experience different styles of yoga and destress your minds with other members of the community surrounded by serene art! You need only bring yourself, your yoga mat, and an open mind.

Suggested donations of $5 - $10 are highly encouraged to help support our yoga instructors. Your generous donations are essential to the continuation of our yoga programs.
