The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority invites you to attend a free information session about doing business with CMHA on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at the Woodhill Community Center located at 2491 Baldwin Rd, Cleveland, OH 44104.
CMHA encourages prospective contractors and contractors who have worked with CMHA in the past to attend this event to learn about:
- Responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Invitations for Bids (IFB).
- CMHA's procurement programs and policies.
- The basics of Davis-Bacon (prevailing wage).
- The benefits of self-certifying as a Minority-Owned Business (MBE), Women-Owned Business (WBE) or an Advancing Community Employment Business (ACE) with CMHA.
- The CMHA departments involved in procurement and construction project management.
- CMHA's payment process.
There is no charge for this event. Reservations are limited to two tickets per business. CMHA will provide light refreshments.
