Tonya is an Accredited Management Consultant and Certified Small Business Consultant with a track record of success in building profitable companies in domestic and international markets. She holds an MBA in International Business from Walsh College in the United States and Executive Diploma in Management Consulting from Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. As Managing Director, Tonya leads and manages consulting projects across multiple industries and regions. She travels to countries across the globe, working with and advising entrepreneurs, CEOs, and owners of small businesses on how to "Think Global" and develop disruptive marketing strategies that set them apart from the competition. She has facilitated international investment deals and business partnerships and worked on multi-billion-dollar projects for international institutions, including the European Commission.

Leif Holmvall, Senior Consultant, IBS Global Consulting - Canada (Attending Virtually)

Leif is an engineer with more than 50 years of experience conducting international business in more than 100 countries, consulting with foreign companies on establishing businesses in Canada and the USA through distributors, licensing agreements, joint ventures, and subsidiaries. Clients include some of the largest corporations in Europe like SAAB, Volvo, LKAB, and Boliden, although major clients were small and medium-sized companies. He has lived and worked in Europe and North America and served as Swedish Trade Commissioner to Canada. Leif is a popular guest speaker at universities, business schools, and corporations in North America and Europe. He also developed the EXPORT MASTER® program comprised of lectures, practical work, and tailored advice to transform individuals and groups within a company into more knowledgeable, productive teams. Over 5,000 company representatives have attended his seminars and workshops, and more than 200 companies have gone global using his expertise.
