Gal's Night Out for Charity Benefit
Held at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, the #dogood benefit includes a three-course dinner including appetizers and dessert. In addition to great conversation and giving back to the community, there will be a Chinese or "pick a prize" style auction and a 50/50.

What is Healing with Horses?
Healing with Horses is a non-profit 501 c3 organization operating in Kent and New Castle County, Delaware. We offer services to at-risk youth and adults in a therapeutic treatment environment utilizing the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA) model. EAGALA is the leading international non-profit organization for professionals using equine therapy to address mental health. We strive to reunite families using clinical therapy, animal therapy, discipline, and hard work in a safe learning environment. In our adventure based program, participants learn how to work through conflict in a healthy manner and learn to bond in loving positive ways, through self-esteem building activities. We accept most major insurances for therapy sessions.
We also offer various personal growth and professional workshops. In 2015-2016 we offered Dating Safety workshops, Coping with Addiction, Stay Inspired doing the Work You Love (for first responders) Leadership Programs, Self-love, Overcoming Adversity, Empowering Women, and many others, serving over 400 people. Services are provided by licensed therapists along with individuals trained in the EAGALA program. Healing with Horses is not a riding program. All the programs with our horses are done on the ground and no prior equine experience is necessary. Our workshops are offered every six weeks.
