Description

In 1971 patrolman Frank Serpico became the world’s most famous whistleblower when he exposed rampant corruption in the New York City Police Department. Fifty years later, Serpico interrupts his reclusive life to recount in this definitive documentary the historical events as he lived them.

Joseph Sciorra of the Calandra Institute will introduce the film and lead a Q&A discussion with filmmaker Antonino D’Ambrosio.
