Event description

Description

Have you ever wanted to help create a film?

Please join us for a work in progress viewing and moderated feedback session

What:

An award-winning Wyoming filmmaker is looking for candid opinions and reactions to her work in progress about an innovative vertical farm with a social mission. The film touches on disability, inclusion, agriculture and social entrepreneurship.

Please do not research the film or subject of the film prior to the screening. We would like test screeners to be unfamiliar with subject of the film.

We are looking for thirty people of diverse ages, genders, interests and background to watch the film, fill out a two-page questionnaire and participate in a moderated discussion. The screening and discussion will last between two and two and a half hours. Food and beverages will be provided at the event.

When:

Thursday, February 1, 2018

5:30 pm (a parking permit is not required to park on campus after 5:00 pm)

Where:

University of Montana, Skaggs 117

Why:

The filmmaker and her creative team need some outside perspectives to improve the film. They need your help to answer key questions – “Is the story engaging? Is the pacing good? Are the characters interesting?” Here’s your chance to participate in the creative process and help shape a film.

Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

The Missoula screening event is sponsored by the Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities at the University of Montana.
