About this Event
FEBRUARY IS AMERICAN HEART MONTH
Did you know . . .
Over 600,000 women and men in America lose their lives to a largely preventable disease every year?
Most of us don't even know we have heart disease until we suffer a cardiac event or, worse, our family finds out upon our death.
Yet, around 80% of the risk factors that lead to this silent killer can be prevented or managed!
Do you know your risk factors? Do you know the warning signs?
Join Doctor Chat host Sheila Caldwell as she talks with Dr. Sushil Singhi , an Interventional Cardiologist with Carolina Cardiology Associates about how we can win the fight against our #1 killer and teach the next generations how to be heart healthy for life!
What you will learn during our time together:
- The risk factors that lead to heart disease.
- What screenings you should have and when.
- How you can make changes today that can lead to better heart health tomorrow.
- Why secondary prevention is important not to just help you survive, but to thrive!
A Q&A session at the end for our program will be available for our guests. Register now to reserve your spot. Space is limited.
The first 100 registered attendees will also receive a copy of "Get Pumped About Heart Health" as a thank you for your participation!
