Do you feel burned out?

Science shows burnout causes the decision-makin centre in the front part of the brain to shrinken. Yes our brain becomes smaller once we get really tired. Usually we feel burned out by our job, school or life events. Changes in our lives can even worsen the feeling. Burnout is not just a bad feeling but also bad for your productivity.

It takes three steps to help relieve the burned out feeling.

The symptoms of burnout can be:

Dread which mean we do not want to do something

Anxiousness mean we are afraid of the future

and also Boredom which again mean we are not challenging ourselves. We need to challenge ourselves and use our strenghts to alleviate these.
