An Indian immigrant in Kansas is shot and killed in a senseless hate crime, leaving his wife to grapple with the question of whether America is truly her home.

Sunyana Dumala , the widow of Srinivas Kuchibothla will be in attendance.

The short film screening will be followed by a conversation with Sunyana Dumala and ACLU Deputy Director Michele Storms, moderated by immigration attorney Tahmina Watson. Please join us to hear about Sunayana journey and her work with the ForeverWelcome project that she began after the murder of her husband in a hate crime.
