Track/Cross Country/Speed-Strength Training: The Do-It-All Stars Track/Cross Country/Speed-Strength Training program is designed to get your kids faster, quicker, and stronger all while having fun. Our "track" is made up of tall cones in an oval shape on the turf field at Do-It-All Sports Arena. The first night each participant will be timed in short, medium, and long distance races. The remaining weeks they will compete against other kids and their own times from previous weeks. Individual and team awards will constantly be given out throughout the program for winning races, finishing races, and beating previous best times. These awards will continue to motivate the kids to keep improving. However, this program is not just about running. In addition to improving each player's overall speed we do obstacle courses, agility ropes, tug-of-war contests, relay races, races with hurdles, strength pull contests, races with parachutes as resistance, etc. This program is fun for everyone, but sure to improve each participant's speed, quickness, and strength.
Season #1: (3 to 10 year old boys & girls): We will meet every other Wednesday from January 29th to March 26th. Here are the nights we meet: January 29, February 12, February 26, March 12, and March 26.
