OVERVIEW

The DM 2 series for the Digital Arts + Technology program at the Digital NEST are online courses that take the concepts taught in DM 1 (or DM 1 seminars) and apply them at a more intermediate level.

In order to access the courses members must have completed DM 1 during the summer and must also register to attend a DM 101 orientation course.

DA+T MEMBER DEFINITIONS

DA+T Member+: Members who are taking courses in the DA+T program BUT are not part of the Media Creator Contributing Member Group.

Media Creator: A member who is volunteering BUT not taking courses in DA+T.

MC+: These are members who are taking courses through the DA+T program AND volunteering as a Media Creator.

REQUIRMENTS FOR DM 2 COURSES

Pre-Requesite: Members must complete DM 1 or (6 DM 1 Seminar courses) AND attend a DA+T 101 Orientation.

If members do not complete the pre-requisutes by October 3, 2016 and are registered for a DM 2 course they will be dropped from the list. If you have not taken DM 1 but would like to register please schedule a meeting with Gabe in the Media Center.

PHOTOGRAPHY

DM 2A - Product Photography (17 Hours)

DM 2D - Portrait Photography (10 Hours)

DM 2E - Photography (18 Hours)

DM 2F - Multimedia Specialist (23 Hours)

DM 2G - Video Editing (34 Hours)

DM 2H - Video Production Crew Member (10 Hours)
