NARAYAN SIJAN was born into a family of famous artists/performers from the Balkans and Spain. From an early age in Mid-West America he was a natural on stage.

In 1994 Narayan lived in Asia for over 12 years on a shoe string budget, choosing to rather live with and like the locals then a life of comfort. He cherished these lands and continues to visit since.. He has studied and performed ethnic music from such countries as India, Turkey and Egypt for over 24 years. The mystical side of these cultures has given his music a sacred devotional tone. Composing original music to re-arranged traditional music has made Narayan an innovative and successful musician in the very busy world music scene. He mainly performs on the Arabic Oud, Turkish Saz and vocals to add a warm tone to his hypnotic music. Narayan draws from the treasure chest of his life’s experiences. He creates an alchemy of music, storytelling and beauty. It is close to his heart to touch all listeners deeply with his dynamic creativity and mystically mesmerizing sound. https://www.karavansaraimusic.com

RACHID HALIHAL - As a world-class musician, Rachid Halihal brings to the community the true character and spirit of musics from the classical Egyptian repertoire which is much loved throughout the Middle East; from the Fertile Crescent; from diverse regions of Morocco and North Africa; and also the mesmerizing music of the Arabian Gulf.

As a child, growing up in Fez, Morocco, Rachid played the nei and sang, imitating the famous singers of the time. At age fourteen he entered "Dar Aadyil" the Conservatory of Music in Fez. At first he studied Western classical and Andalus music on piano and violin. He soon expanded to include a variety of other instruments in order to better express his native music. In addition to his voice, which is best featured in the Andalus style, his strongest instruments are the oud (similar to a lute without frets) and the violin, which he plays in both the classical manner and upright resting on the knee for Moroccan folkloric music. http://rachidhalihalmusic.com

SEIDO SALIFOSKI - A Macedonian Roma, Seido has played dumbek in Balkan and Middle Eastern style for thirty years. He is known for his unique virtuosity in the U.S., Canada and Europe, playing with notable musicians such as Tarkan,

Omar Faruk Tekbilek, Ivan Milev, and Ivo Papazov. While exploring his roots in his own group Romski Boji, he is also a member of influential Balkan-jazz quarter Paradox Trio.
