Join Catherine Nelson & Keren Chen at Red Leaf Fitness to learn all the home-brewing basics!

We will begin the workshop with an overview of the benefits of Kombucha. Then jump into a kombucha tasting to distinguish between the different stages of the fermentation process. Participants will then follow along in a step-by-step instruction of setting up your first home-brew. Leave the workshop with everything you need to get started that day at home!

Kombucha is a naturally carbonated fermented cold tea rich in probiotics, enzymes, electrolytes and polyphenols. Well-known for it’s lightly acidic, subtly sweet flavor, kombucha is an incredibly healthful addition to your diet. Small batch kombucha producers are popping up all over the City of Toronto – which we love – but if you’ve jumped on the kombucha train then you have quickly realized that those 500mL bottles can set you back a pretty penny. There is nothing we love more then bringing an affordable alterative to our clients that allows you to make a real investment into your health.
