Join Kate Wyatt Fine Art to learn basic embroidery skills with this paint-by-numbers style kit! You basically color in the lines and it's very soothing. Embroidering is a fun way to keep your brain busy and cut down on screen time. This workshop is a great way to build confidence to begin a new hobby and enjoy great company.
Expect to learn some basic stitch types (we mainly use satin and backstitch in this design) to get started on your hoop. You won't finish the hoop during the class, but you'll leave with the confidence and ability to finish it at home. Class will conclude with an example of how to finish the hoop when you're done later at home for reference.
Participants also receive a specialized thank-you gift as a part of the experience.
Class will include one full botanical embroidery kit ($60 value) and 2 hours of instruction.
