The New Colossus Festival is a NYC music festival and industry conference coming to Lower East Side and East Village music venues from March 7-10, 2019. That it happens the weekend before SXSW is no accident — New Colossus is being billed as a stopover and its music lineup features many Canadian, UK and European artists who will be on their way to Austin.
