Description

2nd Annual Diversity Symposium

Implicit Bias: Subconscious attitudes or stereotypes, both favorable and not, that affect our understanding, actions and decisions.

Our second annual Diversity Symposium explores implicit bias, and in particular how it plays out in workplace dynamics, impacts professional and company success, and influences decision making. Join us for insight into one of today’s most critical issues for business professionals and progressive firms.

Many companies are addressing this issue head on. Click here to learn about Facebook’s extensive program.
