This teleseminar is like a "Diversity 101" for supervisors and managers. It includes:

  • definitions for diversity and inclusion
  • how to connect the focus on diversity to your business priorities
  • specific examples of ways to demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • a review of common mistakes managers make that send the wrong message
  • tips for responding to inappropriate comments or sensitive situations
  • time for your specific questions 

Participants in this session receive a detailed handout for reference, a list of recommended self-study assignments to continue their learning. In addition, attendees are able to schedule a one-hour follow-up coaching session to discuss specific challenges or needs at a discounted rate.
