Event description

Description

Getting Started with Diversity & Inclusion

Organizations that embrace diversity and inclusion have a competitive advantage over those that don’t. In fact, Forbes recently reported that diverse, inclusive companies are 35 percent more likely to have financial returns above national industry medians.

While the business case for diversity and inclusion is clear, the roadmap for getting started often isn’t.

Buffalo Niagara’s premier event on diversity and inclusion, this is a day-long symposium designed to help CEOs, business founders, owners, human resources professionals, and managers get started. You’ll hear from national best practice experts and leave each session with real-world, actionable tips, information, and inspiration you need to get started with diversity and inclusion initiatives at your own organization.
