Program Overview:

Please join us for our upcoming NTMN Boston City Group event on Thursday, November 2, 2017, 5:30 – 8:00 PM at MFS Investment Management.  Tom Croswell - President and CEO of Tufts Health Plan, Lydia Greene – SVP and CHRO of Tufts Health Plan, and Bob Rivers - Chairman of CEO at Eastern Bank will speak on Diversity Inclusion: How and Why it Matters in Business and for Talent Management.

Businesses that really believe in Diversity and Inclusion claim it is far more than a positive social agenda item.  Find out from top corporate leaders, who are diversity & inclusion advocates and exemplars, why it matters to their business, their bottom line, and their talent management success.  They will discuss how it shapes their business strategies, influences their mission, affects their goals, and plays out in their talent management.  Expect a robust dialogue and opportunities for Q & A.  Feel free to bring your diversity and inclusion partner.
