Description

The Honors Program and Language Department Diversity Speaker Series seeks to engage our community by sparking a dialogue that inspires us all to speak up for the world we want to see. We are inviting you to join us for two afternoons of profound insights and fascinating discussion on a range of issues. Both events are free for students and friends of the college. See the details of each event, below:

April 9 - Award winning Documentary film maker, Rodrigo Otero Heraud and Spiritual Leader Hipolito Peralta Ccama will be screening feature documentary film The Eyes of the Journey and leading a post-film discussion.

April 25 - A featured reading by Junot Diaz, author of The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, which won the 2008 Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Critics Circle Award.
