About this Event
In spite of the Financial Services players efforts to increase the hiring of diverse profiles, some minorities are still struggling to reach leadership positions.
One of the key reasons? The lack of solid support groups and networks to facilitate access to the top.
Are you passionate about changing diversity trends in the financial services industry? If so, please join our virtual Diversity in Financial Services hackathon.
Show off your ability to innovate and brainstorm real-world solutions, utilizing CH&Co's ecosystem of tools.
WHO:
Open to all - no matter your background profile or D & I knowledge. You can sign up as an individual or as a group of 5-6.
