Description

To continue our Diversity in Leadership series of events into 2018 this event brings together a panel of speakers at varying stages of their respective careers to give their thoughts on challenges they’ve encountered.

This is a unique opportunity to listen to inspirational women on their thoughts and experiences of career progression within the Highways and Transportation Sector.

Demand has been high for preceding events, so we anticipate it being high for this session so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Sue Percy – CEO Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation.

Sue has been at the CIHT for the last 6 years and was responsible for the CIHT diversity charter. Sue will share her experiences as CEO, what needs to change across the sector and why she believes diversity is such a key ingredient for its success going forward.
